We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Manage project finances, including cost planning and control.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.

Evaluate and manage subcontractor and supplier payments.

Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.

Ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Prepare and analyze project progress reports and valuations.

Handle contract administration and dispute resolution if necessary.

Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in QS software ( AutoCAD, MS Excel).

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Membership with a recognized QS or construction body
