Job Description
BPR INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD Role Description This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role located on-site in Kurnool. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, cost management, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will ensure that the project remains within budget, conduct regular visits to the site, and collaborate closely with project managers and contractors. Qualifications Skills in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficiency in Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work independently and handle complex tasks Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred,
