Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Estimator located in Coimbatore. The Quantity Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring the accuracy of predictions. The Estimator will work closely with architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to gather necessary data and provide reliable cost guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong skills in cost estimating, quantity surveying, and budget preparation Proficiency in using estimating software and technology Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience with project management and client interaction Familiarity with local building regulations and standards,
