Job Description
Polyturf India Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer of PVC mats. We specialize in PVC Cushion Mats, S-Mats, PVC Door Mats, and Car Mats. We are Located in Kumbalgudu, Mysore road. Quality Supervisor primary role is to maintain high standards of quality control and compliance with regulations, as well as improve processes to enhance overall product or service quality. Here are some of the key responsibilities: 1.Quality Control Monitoring : Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. Analyze data from inspections to detect any patterns or issues in production." 2.Supervise and manage a team of quality inspection. Provide training to employees on quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Ensure that staff is aware of company quality goals and procedures. 3.Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all quality control activities are properly documented. Prepare reports and communicate findings to management, including any issues or non-compliance. 4.Corrective and Preventive Actions: Implement corrective actions to address product quality issues. Develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality problems. 5.Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production lifecycle.
