Quality In-Charge responsibilities include: Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance. Read blueprints and specifications. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspect, test, or measure materials. Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Make sure products are functional and meet industry standards.
