Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Assurance: 1. Raw Material & & Finished Product Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality standards 2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with AAFCO, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain all quality records, online quality check reports, and batch records Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections 4. Food Safety & Hygiene Management: Monitor hygiene practices in production, packaging, and storage areas Ensure proper implementation of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards 5. Shelf-Life & Stability Studies: Conduct stability testing of finished products Recommend improvements to enhance product shelf life 6. Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions: Investigate quality-related complaints and implement corrective actions Ensure root cause analysis and preventive measures are taken 7. Audit & Certification Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits (FSSC, ISO, HACCP) Implement corrective actions based on audit findings Production & Packaging Oversight: 8. Oversee Production & Online Quality Checks: Supervise the production process to ensure adherence to quality and process standards Conduct online quality checks to monitor texture, moisture, and other critical parameters 9. Monitor Packaging & Labeling Compliance: Ensure correct weight, sealing, labeling, and batch coding during packaging Verify that packaging materials meet quality standards 10. Recording & Data Management: Maintain production and packaging records, including batch details and process deviations Record and analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest improvements 11.
