Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure that, in-process checks, and final inspections are conducted according to the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Process Flow, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Requirements.
Coordinate with Third-Party Inspectors and Customers.
Maintain the Quality Assurance Departments Documentation.
Timely readiness along with all relevant documents for technical PIM/ Meetings.
Preparation and maintaining the documents related to Quality Assurance before client visit, Audits and start of new project.
Preparation of QAP & TDC for the project.
Analyze Product Non-Conformance and conduct Root Cause Analysis followed by effective corrective measures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and management reviews to identify and mitigate quality-related risks.
Prepare for and facilitate audits and approvals for IMS, clients, certification bodies, and other technical entities.
Maintain documented information related to the IMS, ensuring it is established, implemented, and kept current for effective planning, operation, and control of processes.
Preparation & Review Quality Procedures and related documentation for the QA Section.
Prepare data & contract Review documents.
Preparation of Mill Test Certificate and Project specific documentation.
Education - Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Welding/ Production/ Relevant Stream
Technical Graduate (B.SC/ B.E/ B.Tech PCM/ Production/ Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Relevant Stream)
