Job Description

The job involves auditing inward fabric and trims to ensure that only quality goods are accepted. You will be required to be actively involved in the product development and sampling stage, focusing on the quality aspects of samples. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing audit reports on the fabric and trims quality. Your role will also include ensuring the right quality of outward garments by conducting quality audits throughout the manufacturing process. This will involve performing in-line inspections and end-of-line inspections on the sewing floor, as well as conducting inline inspection, pre-final audit, and final inspection in the finishing department. Another key responsibility will be to audit the packed goods before offering shipment to the buyer QA. You will be expected to analyze quality reports and prepare improvement plans based on the findings. The ideal candidate for this full-time position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English is required. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred. The work location will be in person.,
