Job Description

As the Lead QC Operations, you will be responsible for managing the QC team to ensure efficient and accurate testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your role will involve ensuring regulatory compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA, and other guidelines, as well as preparing for and leading external and internal audits. You will oversee QC laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, validation, and the implementation of new analytical techniques. Reviewing and approving test results, certificates of analysis, and other quality documents to meet product specifications will also be part of your responsibilities. Team development is key in this role, as you will be required to train and mentor QC personnel to foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will investigate deviations, out-of-specification results, and customer complaints, developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed. Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all QC activities will be crucial. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline. - Minimum 8 years of QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in injectables preferred. - Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectrometry. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person.,
