Job Description:
Must know all the measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, Height Gauge etc.
Quality inspection of parts made on CNC and VMC machines.
Daily production updates and inspection reports for items.
Take care of Inward and Outward of items and raw materials.
CNC Machine Parts Inspection
Inspection of CNC machined components involves carefully examining parts to ensure they meet the required specifications, dimensions, and quality standards. This process includes checking surface finish, dimensions, tolerances, and alignment using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and gauges. Inspectors verify that parts are free from defects such as burrs, scratches, or cracks and confirm compliance with engineering drawings or CAD models. Accurate inspection ensures that the parts function correctly, maintain durability, and meet customer or industry requirements.
Perks- Travelling allowance will be provided for only office work and the joing bonus will be provided after 90 days.
