Job Description

Manage complete QC function including Testing & Inspection for all cable plants.

Responsible for IQC, In-process QC, and OQC.

Implement Poka-Yoke systems at every processing stage.

Drive Quality KPIs under RADAR and ensure compliance with QMS/EMS/OHSAS.

Conduct staff training on quality tools regularly.

Prepare and release weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS on KPIs, RADAR, COPQ.

Resolve customer complaints with CAPA and on-site visits.

Maintain PFMEA and control plans for all processes and products.

Oversee RM and product testing labs to meet IS & international standards.

Lead CARE audits, manage phase-gate process for new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, QC Circles and COPQ reduction.
