Job Description
- Experience in incoming raw material physical inspection
- Knowledge of chemical testing methods and MTR (Material Test Reports)
- Stage inspection capabilities with in-line reporting skills
- Final inspection expertise including visual and dimensional inspection
- Proficiency in QC documentation (NABL certificates, 3.1.A certificates, COC)
- Ability to create dimension reports and technical drawings
- Experience with hardness and annealing testing
- Knowledge of Ra (surface roughness) measurement
- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) experience
- Customer rejection handling and report generation skills
Relevant Candidate Profile:
- Quality control engineer with 3-5 years manufacturing/machining experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of quality standards and certification processes
- Experience with measuring instruments and testing equipment
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Problem-solving abilities for quality issues
