Job Title: QA Lead Experience: 4 to 6 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to manage our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will take ownership of testing across multiple platforms, guide team members, and drive both manual and automation testing efforts. Responsibilities: Effectively communicate and articulate thoughts clearly. Take ownership of testing across various platforms (Website, Desktop, and Mobile Applications). Manage and mentor QA team members, guiding them on QA processes and resolving technical issues. Perform both manual and automation testing efficiently. Work with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks. Nice to Have: Experience with Agile methodology. Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking. Knowledge of Confluence/GitLab for documentation. Prior experience in CRM/ERP testing.
