Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving team performance. This includes using data management systems to track performance, conducting call calibration sessions, providing feedback, and preparing quality reports for management. The role also involves onboarding and training new team members, allocating tasks, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.
