As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of Accounting & Finance content by conducting quality reviews, providing feedback to tutors/SMEs, and conducting training sessions. Your responsibility will include maintaining the overall quality of assigned tutors/SMEs and upholding quality standards across the team. Key Responsibilities: - Performing quality reviews for Accounting & Finance content. - Providing constructive feedback to tutors/SMEs. - Conducting process and subject-specific training sessions. - Taking full responsibility for the overall quality of assigned tutors/SMEs. - Ensuring the quality standards are maintained throughout the team. Job Requirements: - Full-time work: 8-hour shift (Work From Office) - Location: Delhi Okhla, New Delhi Preference: - Prior experience as a Quality Analyst in an education setting. Mandatory Skills: - Strong subject knowledge in Accounting/Finance. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). - Minimum qualification: Masters. - Total years of experience: 3-5 years. - Relevant experience: 1-2 years in a QA or related role. Desired Skills: - Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets. Working Days: - 5 days a week. Salary: - Negotiable based on experience. Selection Process: - Objective test on the subject. - Face-to-face interview.
