Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following technical skills: - Knowledge of automated testing tools, such as JMeter, Selenium, Appium, etc. - Proficiency in Manual Testing at various levels including Unit, Functional, and Non-functional tests. - Strong development/scripting skills in popular languages like JAVA, Python, Ruby, etc. - Understanding of web service integration, specifically in REST and SOAP XML. - Database skills, particularly in MySQL. - Good grasp of object-oriented programming, J2EE architecture, .NET, etc. - Experience with Cloud Technology platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure. - Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, etc. - Proficiency in using GitLab to implement the CI/CD pipeline. - Experience with containerization tools. As part of the job responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Perform manual & Automated testing on all applications at the earliest opportunity and with precision before any application is deployed to production. - Develop and execute automated test suites. - Integrate test suites into the test management system. - Effectively communicate all test issues to the QA manager.
