Job Description
Job Description includes: - Undertaking research in tax and regulatory area - Drafting necessary notes and opinions - Assisting in drafting necessary deliverables which could be in excel or PPT or word - Assist in drafting of emails and other communication - Assist in tax compliances including tax return filing - Assist in drafting of different firm materials - Assist in drafting thought leadership and articles - Keep records of all the client database - Coordinating client calls and meetings - And other related matters - Assist in setting up of domestic funds - Tax and regulatory compliances for domestic funds Knowledge of/exposure to the following areas will be an added advantage - Income tax / corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory - International tax structuring - FEMA, RBI and SEBI regulations - Double tax avoidance agreements. - Assisting in preparing News Alert, firm level brochures and writing articles for key tax and regulatory updates - Participate Firm level initiatives Other Soft and personal skills requirements: - Good communication skills including legal/technical drafting - Ability to train graduate staff/articles on routine execution - Good interpersonal skills Qualification(s) Chartered Accountant with tax background Desired Experience Freshly qualified with experience with large firm Location Parel, Mumbai Desired Skills Qualified CA Compensation & Benefits 10 Lacs About the Company It is a start up consulting firm operating primarily from Parel, Mumbai focussing primarily on Tax Consulting Services Primarily M&A Tax, Corporate Tax and Assisting in India entry strategy Tax Compliance Services Corporates mainly Fund Structuring Services Concept to set up Succession Planning Concept to set up,
