Job Description

The job requires a Microbiologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dasna. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for testing and analyzing beverage making procedures according to documented methods. This includes compiling and reporting analysis results, calibration of equipment and instruments following microbiology SOPs, and ensuring proper housekeeping practices as per GLP requirements. Your role will also involve achieving the laboratory's quality objectives, conducting laboratory analysis on sterilized materials, and testing incoming ingredients while maintaining detailed records. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and preparing documents for protocols, documenting microbiology laboratory processes, and preparing final reports. Quality control tests on materials and finished products will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure the proper working order of laboratory instruments, troubleshoot malfunctions when necessary, and perform any other duties related to microbiology testing and analysis.
