Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures. Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product testing. Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Identify needs for testing equipment and plan for regular maintenance and calibration of these equipment. Take responsibility for all incoming raw material and finished product testing Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Train and supervise QC staff. Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control. Manage and maintain quality documentation and records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Textile Engineering (Mandatory ) Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the filter bag manufacturing industry. Knowledge of RABH & Pulse Jet filter bag production processes.(Preferred) Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
