Job Description You will monitor performance across our products and highlight issues at the earliest opportunity. You are responsible for understanding our TGs and helping with conversions. You will work towards increasing our web traffic and our brand awareness. Responsibilities . Monitor content across our products and ascertain the quality of the same . Analyze user engagement across all our platforms . Ideate on methods to increase the visibility/followers across platforms . Suggest best practices on social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments/questions by customers and what to share on accounts) . Maintain content calendar and ensure deliverables happen on time . Document workflow and train the team on effective usage of new products . Prepare reports on web traffic and software usage across the group . Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports . Gather feedback from end users about system performance . Assist with project developments as and when required .
