Job Description
You should be capable of managing a team of 10-20 members. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming, in-process, and final inspections. It is essential to have prior experience in Valve Factory Acceptance Test. Your duties will involve conducting final inspections of valves/fittings before dispatch, which includes visual, dimension, marking, and ensuring open/closure of valves as per torque requirement. Additionally, you will be expected to manage third-party inspections and handle post-order documentation. Knowledge of material grades, heat treatment, and hardness checks would be beneficial. You will be accountable for gauge checks, thread checking, and should be well-versed in using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, Go No Go gauges, and thread gauges. Possessing NDT Level II certification (UT/LP/MPI/RT/VT/Leak Testing) is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance. The work location is on-site.,
