Job Description
- Focused on preparing technical and commercial proposals in response to client tenders before project execution begins.
- Tender Review and Analysis Review client tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs).
- Understand project scope, specifications, standards, and deliverables.
- Identify technical and commercial requirements.
- Technical Proposal Preparation Prepare detailed technical offers aligned with client specifications.
- Create or review proposed QA/QC plans (leveraging QA/QC background here).
- Coordination & Communication Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, planning, etc.) to gather necessary inputs.
- Interface with suppliers or subcontractors for technical clarifications and pricing.
- Communicate with clients during the bid clarification stage.
- Document Control & Submission Organize all proposal documents (technical, commercial, QA/QC, HSE, etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant proposals.
- Maintain version control and proper documentation of bid submissions.
- Post-Bid Support Respond to client clarifications or technical queries post-submission.
- Participate in technical presentations or negotiations as needed.
