Job Description
Job Description: As a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through both manual and automation testing. You will play a crucial role in identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing clear defect reports to contribute to the overall quality of our products. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software QA. You must possess a robust understanding and practical knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java, and/or JavaScript for writing automation scripts. Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured is also required. Additionally, strong database testing experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is essential. Your familiarity with Agile development practices, QA methodologies, and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI will be beneficial. Exposure to Playwright for web automation, mobile application testing, and version control systems like Git is desirable. Experience using test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray will also be an advantage. We expect you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and possess strong communication abilities to effectively articulate technical issues and solutions to various audiences. You should be proactive in identifying areas of improvement, diligent in decision-making, and possess superior troubleshooting skills to determine the root cause of issues.
