Job Description
Position -Process /Blending chemist Jd To monitor beverage preparation as per PAPL standards. As per the requirement of FSSA Traceability to be maintained i.e. both forward and Backward, Analysis to be carried out strictly as per MTF, Records to be maintained. Ensure the CIP of Equipments (Pulp Cutting Tray, Lines, Blending Tanks, Homogenizer, and Ready Beverage Tank) Ensure the Housekeeping of Pulp Cutting Area, Batch Preparation, Blending Room & Homogenizer Room To calculate the amount of Sugar Syrup to be taken and verify the qty taken To ensure and check the clarity of Sugar Syrup before taking into the blending tank Ensure the feeding of Tins-Qty/Appearance/Cleaning Ensure the addition of NABB as per the mixing sequence Ensure for Brix, Acidity Taste ,Odor, Colour as per specification Record the document for test parameter of the ready beverage ,quantity of sugar syrup used,final volume of batch, number of batches made in shift Record the CIP activity of Equipments Responsible for giving WIP of NABB Stock(Hot fill ),Hot fill base at 7AM every morning Record the Housekeeping activity of the area. To initiate complete corrective measures in case of deviations. To ensure GMP and GHK in the area Documentation and Recordkeeping To monitor beverage preparation as per PAPL standards.
