Job Description
Your Overall Experience Good understanding of the product software development/ test life cycle and quality assurance Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes Has expertise of working with complex projects Has prepared test documentation like test cases, test scenarios, test plan and produced various test reports Must have knowledge on Agile and scrum methodologies Experience in mobile testing/performance, API or database testing or automation with Selenium Has done SFCC testing, API testing/ DB testing/ automation with selenium framework Key Skills Experience with Agile software development methodology Manual testing Mobile App testing API testing (Preferred) Performance/ regression/ adhoc testing Evaluation of security aspects Production (stage) Tech monitoring Experience in QA for programming tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor, will be a plus Certification in Agile program methodologies will be a plus Responsibilities Understand clients / brands business models, business requirements, context, audience, products and document end-to-end customer/ user journeys Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test plan versions, and automation test suites based on product requirements and specifications, devices/versions Execute test plans and test cases on product releases Maintain defect resolution register and coordinate and follow up with engineering teams to resolve issues in a timely manner Document field issues. Create release notes Setup environment for testing and defect reproduction/ duplication Simulate stress, load, traffic testing Work closely with software developers to facilitate debugging Play an active role in our quality assurance team, designing and implementing automated tests Actively engage with clients on performance, design, product review meetings with the dev ops / ui/ux / product engineering teams Coordinating with software development engineers and Product Managers in order to design tests for our product,
