Job Description
You will be responsible for the role of Test Engineer (Testim) in our team with a budget ranging from 10 LPA to 11 LPA for Test Engineer and 15 LPA (Max) for Test Lead. Currently, we have 2 open positions for this role located in Hyderabad with an option for Work From Office. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in test automation, specifically using Testim or similar low-code tools. A solid understanding of test automation concepts and frameworks is essential, along with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for automating tests. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured is beneficial. Experience in manual testing and a good grasp of different testing levels (unit, functional, regression, etc.) will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to troubleshoot issues and defects effectively. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and prior experience working in Agile teams is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team environment.
