Location IITM Research Park, Chennai, India startup hub; close to public transport/highway Experience 2-3 years 2 3 years of Proven work experience in Software Quality Engineering Responsibilities Understanding Product Requirements and providing feedback/inputs to Product team in detailing the requirement. Understand the Product functionality in depth to estimate and write Comprehensive Regression test cases for Automation Collaborate strongly with Development team during Sprint Execution to understand the Design and ensure Test Cases are written to cover end to end functionality Collaborate with Support Team to understand Customer Issues and write Regression Test Cases Collaborate with Global Services Team to understand Customer Use Cases and write Regression Testcases Perform thorough Regression Testing when defects are resolved Core Skills 2 3 years of Proven work experience in Software Quality Engineering Proven Experience testing REST based APIs Knowledge in SQL commands to retrieve the data from DB and analyzing the data is a must Hands-on experience in Defect Tracking Tools like (JIRA) is a must Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a must Should have Strong Communication Skills to communicate with various Stakeholders including Customers Should have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with black box testing is a must,
