Job Title: QA Automation Experience: 2-4 Location: Noida Bachelor's degree in computer science. An advanced degree is preferred. Proven experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a QA lead or senior automation QA role. Understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodologies Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers. Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and practices, including manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing. Good expertise in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Proficiency in Robot framework. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities Design and develop automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Robot Framework , based on project requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain and enhance automated test suites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, reliable, and scalable as the application evolves. Collaborate with development teams to create automated test cases, providing detailed bug reports and test results. Integrate automated tests into our continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enable automated build verification and deployment validation. Configure and maintain test automation infrastructure, including test environments, test data management, and test execution environments.
