Job Title: Python Trainer & Developer We are seeking a versatile Python Trainer & Developer to join our team. This dual-role position involves delivering high-quality Python training sessions while actively contributing to software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to bridge the gap between development and education. Key Responsibilities: As a Python Trainer: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, and hands-on coding exercises. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants" progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development to ensure the training content remains current and effective. As a Python Developer: Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for backend components and applications. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with peers. Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the software. Documentation: Document code, processes, and procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: 1. Python and Django expertise 2. Strong HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap knowledge 3. Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (jQuery/React) 4. Experience with relational databases 5. Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful services 6. Version control (Git) Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python programming with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in a technical subject.
