Job Description

You are responsible for supervising LLM trainers/researchers by overseeing daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to delivery guidelines and timelines. You will conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans. It is essential to ensure that all training and evaluation datasets produced are of high quality, clear, and coherent. Working closely with delivery leaders to understand client needs and project requirements is crucial, focusing on client satisfaction and timely reporting. Additionally, you will be required to generate prompts for model evaluation and training, and develop relevant datasets to improve model performance. Participation in hiring processes to build a skilled team is also expected. Your strong analytical (logical reasoning/data interpretation) and research skills will play a key role in ensuring that training datasets are of high quality and relevance. Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary for this role. Proficiency in English with exceptional comprehension skills is a must. You should have the ability to manage and scale teams effectively in a remote setting and deal with ambiguity. Experience in using advanced tools and platforms for throughput and quality management is desired. Experience in Python-based LLM training is preferred. It is also required to have at least 4 hours of overlap with PST time (8 pm - 12 pm). In return, you will receive competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
