We're looking for a talented Python Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team and help build robust backend systems. The Role: As a Python Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining core backend services, contributing to the architectural decisions, and implementing innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Optimise application performance, improve system efficiency, and troubleshoot software defects Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices Qualification: 3-5 years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Solid understanding of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of security practices and risk mitigation strategies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of testing frameworks (pytest, unittest) Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) Understanding of Agile methodologies Contributions to open-source projects Experience with AI libraries or Large Language Models (LLMs) Benefits: Opportunity to learn immensely in the field of Generative AI Attractive Salary - 8 LPA to 16 LPA (depending on skills and performance) Collaborative and inclusive work environment If you're passionate about building great software and want to work with a team of talented engineers, we'd love to hear from you!,
