Were Hiring: Purchase Executive Location: Pipaliya- Rajkot, Gujarat Innovative Mould Works Indias Leading Precision Dies, Patterns & Metal Components Manufacturer We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of CNC machine tools, inserts, cutting tools, and consumables. If you have expertise in sourcing high-quality machining components and optimizing costs, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Procurement of CNC machine tools, carbide inserts, end mills, drills, cutters, holders, and other machining consumables Vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier management Ensuring best price, quality, and timely deliveries Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the store & production teams Handling purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation Process debit notes for defective, incorrect, or substandard materials and ensure timely resolution with suppliers, including replacements or credit adjustments Keeping up with market trends and latest machining technologies Requirements: Experience in purchasing CNC tools, machining consumables, and precision components Strong vendor negotiation & cost-control skills Knowledge of ERP systems for procurement tracking Understanding of machining processes & tooling requirements Ability to manage multiple suppliers and maintain smooth procurement flow Experience: 2-5 years in industrial procurement (CNC tools & machining consumables) Education: Any graduate (Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred) Why Join Innovative Mould Works Work with Indias leading precision manufacturing company have presence in India and globally Competitive salary & benefits Free transportation for staff Subsidized quality meals in the company canteen Career growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment Interested Apply now or share with someone who fits the role!
