Supplier Sourcing for Residential Materials: Identify and select reliable vendors for construction materials, fixtures, finishes, and appliances commonly used in residential projects. Procurement Scheduling: Coordinate purchasing timelines to align with residential project phases, ensuring materials arrive on time to avoid delays. Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive prices for bulk purchases of residential building materials like cement, bricks, tiles, plumbing, and electrical supplies. Quality Control: Verify that materials meet residential building codes, safety standards, and design specifications. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels at construction sites and warehouses to maintain smooth workflow without excess stock.
