About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager with 12+ years of proven expertise in the textile industry, especially in machinery procurement. The candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement planning for capital equipment and textile-specific machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchasing of textile machinery and equipment

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability

Develop strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost-effective procurement

Ensure timely delivery of machines aligned with production requirements

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Monitor and analyze purchasing trends and market changes

Ensure compliance with procurement and audit standards

Coordinate with technical, engineering, and production teams for specifications and installations

Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business (MBA preferred)

Minimum 12 years of experience in Textile Industry purchasing, with strong focus on machinery

In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment and supplier ecosystem

Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
