Job Description

The Purchase Executive for Interior Design role based in CST, Fort - Mumbai requires a professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement within the interior design sector. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing high-quality materials, managing vendors, negotiating costs, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods essential for interior projects. You will be tasked with sourcing and procuring materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and dcor items as per project specifications. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, quality control, and compliance with project requirements. As the Purchase Executive, you will need to keep detailed procurement records, generate reports on purchases and costs, collaborate with design and project execution teams for efficient procurement planning, and stay updated on market trends, materials, and innovations in interior design products. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing within the interior design, construction, or architectural industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills are essential, alongside a good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems will be beneficial. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are also key requirements for this position. This is a full-time role in the Interior Design / Architecture / Construction industry, offering a salary range of 35,000 to 40,000 per month.,
