·      Timely order follow up from the suppliers to confirm availability and expedite deliveries

·      Resolve any issues related to pricing, availability and product clarifications by working with purchase and sales team

·      Manage dropship orders and providing shipment documents to supplier

·      Supplier onboarding and order amendment

·      Supplier bill verification and payment coordination

·      Update software for order status
