The role involves creating a strong public image, handling media relations, and developing outreach campaigns to amplify brand presence and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities For Exhibition: Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the exhibition to industry stakeholders, media, and the public. Draft press releases, media invites, and post-event coverage content. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses. Coordinate media partnerships and press coverage before, during, and after the event. Organize press conferences, walkthroughs, and interviews with key exhibitors or curators. Support social media team with content ideas, announcements, and real-time updates. For Magazine: Plan and execute PR campaigns to drive readership and subscriptions. Manage the image and branding of the magazine through media mentions, interviews, and collaborations. Liaise with contributors, designers, and editorial team to highlight notable stories or features. Pitch magazine stories or special editions to relevant media outlets and digital platforms. Arrange for media kits, interviews, and promotional activities with featured designers, brands, and personalities. Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong media and influencer network (especially in design, lifestyle, and architecture industries) Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities Proficiency in PR tools, media databases, and content creation Knowledge of current trends in design, events, and publishing,
