Role Review : Core Work Areas: 1. Research and Development 2. Psychometric 3. Content Development 4. Translation Activities Requirements: Education: Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational/ Clinica Psychology (Above 70%) (Industrial-Organizational preferred) Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable) Experience: Fresher Keen interest in Psychological Research Knowledge of Foundational Concepts in Psychometrics, Psychology, Psychological Research Knowledge of Industry Trends (Preferable) Tools Proficiency: MS Office (SPSS preferable) Key Responsibilities: Psychometric Research: Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement. Data Collection and Analysis Assistance: Obtaining data from different sources and conducting data analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools. Content Development: Researching and developing the content for test reports and related documents for Internal and External purposes. Translation Activities: Translating the training and test related content in various languages as per personal proficiency levels. Market Research: Conducting Market Research to stay updated and understand the Psychometric Market Trends. Other miscellaneous activities as assigned after training.
