Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Conduct phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients to understand their needs. Build meaningful relationships with clients to offer our appropriate services Assessment & Guidance: Assess clients requirements through active listening, insightful conversations and empathetic engagement. Provide services, strategies and resources tailored to the client needs. Training & Workshops: Collaborate with trainers to deliver the sessions in schools and colleges Design and assist in conducting awareness programs and workshops. Documentation & Coordination: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress in an organized and manner. Conduct follow up calls with clients Skills Needed: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening. Cool tempered and able to handle the rejections Good organizational skills to maintain client records and follow up systematically.
