As a valued member of our Sales, Marketing & Product Management team within the Hydropower business area, you will be based in Mandideep, working from our office location. In this role, the primary purpose and justification of your position would involve the preparation of technical proposals for Generators and the optimization of costs associated with Generators. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include evaluating customers" technical specifications and drawings, creating Electromagnetic Layouts, costing and optimizing activities, preparing bid documents according to customer requirements, and engaging in pre-bid and post-bid interactions with customers and consultants. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling contract documents, updating technical records and costs database, participating in cost-out programs, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders for successful project execution. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates would have a background in working with Electrical equipment manufacturers or E&M Contractors in the Power projects domain.
