As a Proposal Engineer at our company located in Maniyakaranpalaiyam, Ganapathy, Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in developing proposal strategies and content by collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, project, and operations. Your responsibilities will include data collection for proposal development, designing water treatment systems, processes, and solutions, and developing and reviewing technical proposal documents such as technical descriptions, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates. Ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to coordinate with subject matter experts for input on specialized topics, develop a deep understanding of competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies, and actively participate in proposal reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness. Managing and tracking proposal deadlines, milestones, and budgets, analyzing proposal results for areas of improvement, and implementing process enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree with a proven track record in Excel. The salary offered for this role ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 per month.
