We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a customer-first mindset, and proven team management skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the property sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales through site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
• Ensure all legal documents and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior sales executives.
