Job Description
You will be responsible for building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and explaining the customers about the properties. Your role will involve developing BRICK YARD Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. It is essential to build good working relationships with clients by calling on leads provided by the company. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and develop relationships with channel partners both in person and via telephone calls and e-mails. Following up with potential customers to prospect for new business and conducting need analysis by calling/meeting clients will be part of your regular activities. Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers will also be a key aspect of this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including life insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift, with the work location being in person.,
