Job Description
A well known Corporate House located at Nariman Point,Mumbai is looking for dynamic experienced Male candidate to handle their Property management across Mumbai region.
Desired Candidate :
Male,Minimum Graduate with excellent communication and correspondence skills
Good knowledge of Property management with any reputed company for not less than 3 years
Well verse in handling Rental /Sales agreements ,Property related due diligence
Relationship management with tenants and buyers for TDS and Maintenance issues
Reminders for Annual renewals and Contract management
Should have in-depth awareness of Real Estate industry
Age below 45 years
Residing in Mumbai region
Salary : As per the industry standards
Holiday : Sunday and Alternate Saturday
