Your role will also include preparing sales reports and presentations for management to provide insights into sales performance and trends. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the front-end sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. You will be expected to identify and resolve issues related to the sales process, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide backend support for sales activities, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and other operational needs.
