Job Description
Qualification - BE. Mech Planning and Scheduling:Develops project schedules, allocates resources, and ensures timely completion of tasks. Budget Management:Helps to manage project budgets and ensure that projects stay within allocated costs. Scope Management:Ensures that projects are completed within the defined scope and that any changes are properly managed. Risk Management:Identifies and mitigates potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets. Team Leadership & Supervision: Staff Supervision:Supervises and coordinates the activities of HVAC technicians and other tradespeople. Training and Development:Provides training and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Performance Management:Evaluates the performance of team members and provides feedback and coaching. Communication:Communicates effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
