About Qmet Tech
Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop theoretical models for implementing optics in quantum diamond microscopy. Investigate strategies for achieving super-resolution imaging in widefield NV-based magnetometry. Collaborate with Prof. Saikat Guha (UMD) to refine theoretical frameworks and define experimental requirements. Work on computational techniques, including wavefront correction and optical phase manipulation, to improve imaging resolution. Propose and design experimental protocols based on theoretical insights for future implementation. Coordinate with experimental team to come up with implementation plan. Qualification & Experience: Doctoral degree in Science or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in academic institutions, industry, or scientific organizations. Required Expertise: Solid theoretical background in quantum optics, imaging systems, or related fields. Experience in computational modeling, optics, and signal processing. Knowledge of widefield magnetometry and adaptive optics is desirable.,
