Key Responsibilities: Engage with Visitors: Interact with parents and students at kiosks in malls, fostering conversations and creating a welcoming environment. Conduct Surveys: Administer short questionnaires to parents and students to gather insights on their career aspirations, challenges, and preferences. Facilitate Discussions: Answer queries related to career counselling, educational courses, and colleges, creating meaningful connections with visitors. Data Collection: Document responses and observations to support research into trends in career counselling and education. Brand Representation: Represent The Education Match professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for visitors.
