Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities . Execution and Planning of Project allotted and Budget Preparation. Responsible for execution, Monitoring, preparation of review and statistical data to ensure timely completion Study the scope of work from Tender, BOQ, Drawings, Work order, Agreement and all connected documents to understand the scope of work clearly. Checking of the tender documents, drawings, the schedules for the in all working of site and other necessary materials required at the site office. Understand the costing control and monitoring procedure. Preparation of initial schedules and subsequent review. Responsible for all drawings, shop drawings, Material approvals and its safe custody. Preparation of project completion report on completion of project. Legal matters pertaining to the site and co-ordination with HO.,
