Job Description
Qualification & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MS Project + PMP Certification with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Civil Construction Projects. Computer literate. Civil Engineering products and suppliers knowledge, including supply chain management. Technical knowledge of R.C.C/Finishing works for High Rise Buildings. Planning and sequence of works execution. Technically oriented and proactive Desired Profile: Management of site staff and all contractors involved in the construction activities. Inspection and execution, especially from the aspect of quality, progress and use of value added materials, resulting in economy. Overall communication and interaction with architect, RCC consultants, contractors, staff and top level management etc. Scrutinize the bills of all contractors and suppliers. Preparing tender documents including quantities take off of each project for each and every construction activity. Age upto 45 years.
